Both Justin Bieber and Mariah Yeater are standing by their statements with lawyers for both sides openly cooperating in belief that their clients are telling the truth.
Justin Bieber is confidently prepared to take a DNA test according to TMZ who says that the international pop star is dismissing these allegations as a desperate attempt from a single mom to make money.
It was recently revealed that Mariah Yeater accused two other men of paternity before her claims that Justin Bieber lost his virginity to her, subsequently impregnating her.

Rumors are also circulating that once Justin Bieber proves that he is not the father of Mariah Yeater’s son he will also go on to his own lawsuit. Even Mariah Yeater’s ex says that “she just wants money.”

Shortly after the claims were made that Justin Bieber was the father of her 4-month old son, Tristyn, the superstar went on the “Today Show” to deny.
“Never met the woman,” Bieber said. “Every night after the show, I’ve gone right from the stage right to my car, so it’s crazy that some people want to make up such false allegations,” he said.
These unconfirmed rumors didn’t seem to worry Selena Gomez, who was side by side; supporting her hubby at the MTV VMA’s this past Sunday. The couple was as affectionate as ever.

Can’t help but wonder if Justin is truly unfazed, if he was on tour now we would probably be able to tell. But his quickness to deny what happened and openly address the allegations shows his confidence that he is not the father of Mariah Yeater’s baby.
